| Charlotte County Healthy Start Coalition is a
501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization registered with the
State of Florida to solicit contributions.
Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by
law. Member benefits include receipt of a bi-monthly newsletter, free programs offered at general membership meetings, providing a voice assessing healthcare needs and availability of services for newborns and pregnant women and the allocation of resources, collaboration and information sharing with local agencies and organizations. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE.
